My beautiful baby girl. Once I uploaded this picture I was awestruck. Not because its this great masterpiece...Its just that to me, she is. I see this chasm..between her being my baby and the young woman and then adult that she will become. I'm in awe of her every day. She knows the script, and score, to Shrek (all 3), Madagascar and 2 Barbie Princess movies. She dances, she acts like a lion and I love when she says that I'm Queen and She's Princess. I melt when I'm crying and she lays her hand on my cheek and asks me why I'm said. I think she knows that once she touches me the sadness instantly disappears. No matter what happens to me in my life, I will always know that she and her brother, Ike, love me. And...that makes anything bearable.
